COMMODORE BARRY CLUB GOES TO PHILLY
SUN. 26 MAY, 8 AM - 6:30 PM, the Commodore Barry Club will take a bus trip to Philadelphia. The cost is $35 per person. Please make checks payable to "Commodore Barry Club" and mail to Commodore Barry Club, P. O. Box 090-824, Brooklyn, NY 11209. The schedule is: • 8 AM, meet at Dunkin' Donuts, 9243 4 Ave., Brooklyn. • 11 AM, Mass in Historic St. Mary's Church, 252 So. 4 St., Philadelphia, celebrating its 250th Anniversary. • Parade to Commodore Barry's Grave for Memorial Ceremonies. • Visit the Potato Famine Memorial. • Luncheon at reasonable cost in the Irish Center, Emlen & Carpenter Lanes, Germantown, followed by music and dancing. BAY RIDGE SINGLES CLUB - OUR LADY OF ANGELS CHURCH
The Bay Ridge Singles Club of Our Lady of Angels Church has 2 different social events today. Singles age 45-65. An all inclusive barbeque at 1 PM -- hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, sausages, wine, beer and soda. $20 includes a DJ. Our other event is an all inclusive brunch -- includes seafood choices, build your own omelet, and unlimited mimosa's for $23. A wide array of food choices. 11 AM to 2:30 PM. The Bay Ridge Singles club is a friendship club and has been around since 2001. In order to attend these events, you would need to join the club.
